I am sure you have seen this question lots of thime but here goes.
what law is PayPal refering to when the state they will not alow the use of there system for the purchase and retail of rifels and ammunition?

PayPal is not referring to a law when it prohibits the sale of firearms and/or ammunition via PayPal - we are referring to the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy. This policy states what activities are expressly prohibited through the use of our services.
