I was notified of this change in email, but the link on the Pay Pal site to the agreement takes me to a March 10th version in which section 3 concludes with 3(g). Can someone please tell me what the change is? Thank you.

Welcome to the boards!
I went to Legal Agreements > User Agreement, and in the User Agreement, there's a link for recent policy updates.
This one states:
Amendment to the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy
Beginning October 24, 2011, the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy is being amended in Section 2 to replace sales with transactions, include stolen goods (including digital and virtual goods) and in Section 3(i) to add certain credit transactions or insurance activities.
Thanks!
Adrian
