Hi there! This post is a little old, so I'm not sure you got the information you needed. On the off-chance you're still looking for some help, I'll take a shot at this.
You mentioned you opened "this account": I'm going to guess you mean a PayPal account, but you never had time to finish setting up the account? Is this what you mean?
I guess what I'm looking for is a little more specific information so I can be sure that either I or someone else can give you the correct answers you're looking for (assuming you're still looking for an answer). If you could provide a few more details, I think this could be a fairly easy question to answer.
