I tried to verify my pre-paid card my friends did it Saturday but I can't I have the same exact one its a visa when I try to verify it takes me to the page to register for a mastercard and verify with a bank account

The information you're receiving about becoming Verified is correct - but it's not necessary to make a purchase until you've reaching your sending limit.  It sounds like you may be reaching that after clicking on "Become Verified."  Let's check on the status of the card first, because if it's been successfully registered, you should be able to make a purchase unless you've hit your sending limit.

First, does the card show in your Profile?  After logging in, hover your mouse over the word Profile up top, then click on "Add or Edit Card."

If you see the card there, you've been able to successfully register the card.  If you do see a "Link and Confirm My Card" button, however, click on that and complete the process to finish the registration.

If you see the card and no "Link and Confirm My Card," then you have successfully completed registration.
