Hi Dairan,

The transaction appears as complete because we sent the funds up front for you to your recipient. The funding for the transaction would still be processing in the background. When the bank sends the correct code, the card would then be charged and everything would be finished for this transaction. After that time, you'll be able to remove the bank account from your profile.
