Hi everyone!

It's absolutely the changing colors. The colors of autumn are more beautiful to me than any other combination I can think of. I also love crisp, windy days, crackling fires, apple-picking, warm sweaters, and sunsets I can watch as I drive home from work.

Being an allergy sufferer, I've never been much for hay rides, however.

Olivia, I'd have to say that it's not only the changing of the colors, but when the leaves have started to fall and you can see the bare branches through the leaves...always kinda cool looking.  I've also been a fan of when it just starts to get cool enough at night that you need the blanket. It's a wonderful change from slowly baking in my own juices during the summer months.

Andy - I miss the leaves on the trees, personally, but I do love it when I can start breaking out the heavier blankets.  It gives me every excuse in the world to be on the couch, in the middle of the day, with a blanket and watching a movie.  Smiley Wink

Misty - love the patch (and so do my kids!).  I'm looking forward to going to the corn maze!  This year I'm planning on making a separate trip at some point by myself so I can see the other parts of the patch the boys never want to go visit.

And as for my personal fall favoritel - well, there's just so much!  I'd have to go with Halloween and Thanksgiving of course, but I really enjoy the first few gloomy days in September where it's overcast and sometimes rainy, sometimes windy and cold.  It's a welcome change from summer, especially since I don't do well in that wonderful, broiling Midwest heat.  Now, winter, on the other hand.... you'll catch me outside in shorts.  Smiley Happy

Hi Olivia -

I too love - "The colors of autumn are more beautiful to me than any other combination I can think of. I also love crisp, windy days, crackling fires, apple-picking, warm sweaters, and sunsets I can watch as I drive home from work."

It made me think of candles with "crisp, windy days, crackling fires, apple-picking, warm sweaters, and sunsets."  I can smell them now!

Hello All -

I love this time of year! Although summer is my all time favorite season, I like it when the weather cools off and you can open the windows to let the fresh air in. Oh and do not forget college football especially those Huskers (with the smell of a pot of chill cooking on the stove). Go Huskers!!!!!!

One of my families favorite places to go in the Fall is Vala's Pumpkin Patch, one of best places to makes memories with the family -  there is so much to do.

G'afternoon!

I'm not too sure if I ask here, or create a new topic. So please feel free to move/edit/delete etc as needed.

My question is concerning application towards the Paypa Debit Card!

I applied, was approved and owned/used my PP Debit for an extensive 3-4yrs. It expired this summer; the replacement was sent to a previous residence, thus lost to me. I claimed it as lost/stolen to avoid complications. Now for the past 4 months, I've applied for a new one and been declined each time for what assumes to be an "identity crisis" situation? Each time I've been declined (trying every 30days as allowed) my account is place on "limited" and I am forced to upload various proofs of residence/identity to clear the lock down.

I've called customer service on multiple occasions (all whom I spoke to were equally confused) and was at one point promised that an "error report" was to be sent to the debit card portion of of the company? No progress from that either.

I simply would like to know why I'm encountering this problem and what I could do to "fix" the situation.

Now as one variant to help- my current photo ID is expired (can't order a new one until I get a new PP debit card; catch 22 ahoy)! So I figure that when I upload it for the identity proof, that may be a junction where problems are? Though, I'm still concerned as to why I become constantly declined despite having owned a debit previously.

Thank you for your time. 🙂

Nanuka-  Sorry to hear about your troubles; I can guarantee you though that you're not alone having difficulties with the Debit Card process.  Smiley Sad

Around the end of last year, new Federal regulations were applied to anyone asking for a debit card. It touches on this, but keep in mind the wording on that page is rather....sharp...compared to what's happening.  What it boils down to is, if we can't verify your identity using the information you've either provided in the application or that you submit to us otherwise, we can't get you a debit card and in some cases your account remains permanently limited.  And since this is a newer aspect of the law, there's no grandfathering process. Once your debit card expires, you're essentially going through a brand new application process, and if the information can't be verified immediately, we start asking for documents.

So there's some background.  As far as your situation, since you keep getting your account restored, I'd say that we're able to verify all of your information (else we'd be having a very different conversation :)).  I think your best bet would be to contact our debit card department directly so they can review what the hang-up is.  If we're able to restore your account each time, then there shouldn't be any reason we can't get the card ordered and out to you.  Sorry I couldn't give you a better answer or one that doesn't involve 'call us', but it's a difficult situation to resolve in a place where we can't discuss account specific information.

But I hope that clears things up a little and gives you a better direction to find your answers.

Thank you for the clarification! I was dearly concerned that it was revolving around my lost/stolen claim entirely (or the expired ID). That is a sigh of relief that it's just new regulations being set into play. And that is something I didn't consider! One of the times I had called in, they said that it doesn't make sense that I can prove my identity over and over again but still have delining issues.

I am rather unfortunately terrible at the calling custumer service (as proven by my need to drop in here with questions). So by any chance could you suggest some keywords or questions that could help clarify/speed up the process? It was quite the hilarious situation speaking to the automated voice all these times trying to figure out the best way to keep things concise but still focused.

Or rather, the associated number? I've simply just placed the standard customer service and tried to place my claim there.

I very sincerely appreciate you taking the time to reply, even if just to say "please call again!". It's great to have very speedy communication on a grounds I'm more comfortable with! Smiley Tongue
