negative balance problem

Hi All,

 

I have problem with my paypal account- negative balance I need to sorted out. I was spending hours to resolve that via chat and phone calls without fix the problem. When I was tried to add the fund to my account i got few times pop up message :

If you have already added balance money to resolve your negative balance using your bank account , this can up to 10 business days.

if you have an open dispute , please wait until dispute is closed to check whether your balance shows an amount owing to us.

Other situation may apply , if you are having trouble please contact us.

 

I have open dispute made by the person who bought the service and is between him and his bank now. 

i made full refund to this person on 5th Dec and this payment is still on hold pending. 

I rang to Paypal on Tuesday and asked them , when the payment to this person is still on hold and they said that the payment was made to me as for friends and family which I didnt even know and the dispute has to be close and the buyer will get the full refund on his account then.

I was asking also how I can add the money to cancel my negative balance. they said I have to keep trying to add money which I did. Today when I pressed the button I got the info I need to transfer 90$ to  Paypal  by the bank trasfer. So I did. the details I got on the pop up message was:

Paypal(Europe) Albert-einstein-ring 2-6 Kleinmachnow, 14532 Germany, Bank of the Payee: Deutsche Bank, Iban from Paypal: [removed], BIC: DEUTDEDBPAL with info: the money will be in account  within 1-2 days

 

I am in Ireland and I got message throught the chat that I have to cancel that payment and try different way as they didnt get any money.

 

What I suppouse to do?

The bank said it will take ages to get the money back as they cant cancel this payment because on the payee account already.

I am a bit confused as the customer Service said the pop up bank account is wrong so my question is why I got by the pop up new window message

with all the paypal bank details if they are wrong, where is my money then ? is this Paypal account not the same for all users?? where are my money  to cover 90$ negative balance ?

There is no customer service that makes any sense. PayPal as a company is obviously in problems, and may be going down. I have the same issue for over a month now. Seriously, if you can use ANY of their competitors, go, leave now, save yourself. Their stock should sink to the bottom of the Mariana Trench with the amount of problems they have as a company, and the absolutely worst customer support in the universe.

Screenshot 2024-02-13 at 3.16.23 PM.pngA business attempted to charge my business paypal account tied to my business checking account. I closed that account and I used my personal paypal and personal checking account to pay that balance. Paypal now shows my business account with a negative balance due. I can not reach anyone at Paypal to fix this.

I attempted to use the phone number paypal provided. The bots sent me a text with a link to connect to customer service and this is what the link took me to.
