Why can't recognize me?

Why can't I transfer money to our local bank the system cannot recognize me?

Check your internet connection because PayPal system thinks you are logging in from an unsecure connection or a connection they do not recognize. Try logging in from home Wi-Fi or your cell data plan. Are you traveling abroad? That might cause this problem too.

I'm not going abroad. When I changed by home address and phone number, that's where it gave me this problem

@Irongsky-123, welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some road-blocks transferring money out of your account. It sounds like these issues may be related to blocks from our security system. I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams to see what options are available.

I found a way. Just need to be patient in solving this system messy and no good way to identify the owner.
