I have some money that was sent to me and I am trying to transfer it to my bank account like I have been doing for over three years. However, when I try to accept the money and transfer it to my bank PayPal says I don't have any funds to transfer. This has not happened before and I didn't have this issue the last time I transferred money. This is a smaller amount of money than the last time, but I'm not sure why that would matter.
