Setting up Auto Transfer

HI, I have some money in my PayPal Balance. It's been there for almost a month. However neither am I able to manually transfer (restricted), nor am I able to set up auto transfer. Every time I go to Set up Auto Transfer it just says something went wrong. This issue has been happening for more than a month now. Can someone please help!! 

 

Every time I click Transfer on the home page, I get the following  error message.  paypal_error.pngSet Up Auto

Thank you for your post in the Community Forum, and welcome! I'm sorry to hear that you are not able to transfer the funds out of your balance.

 

Manual withdrawal is not possible with an account in India due to regulatory requirements. If you are seeing an error when setting up the auto transfer, check to make sure that there is a bank account added and confirmed in your Wallet. If there is and the problem persists, please reach out to Customer Service for assistance and troubleshooting. You can find your contact options by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
