Issued refunds, they never arrived on my card

Hello everyone. I bought some things following instagram ads, but they never arrived after months, so I got refunded for those amounts, after I won my cases vs sellers. I was mailed that my money is on the way, but one of those refunds was on June 17 and the other on July 7, and even if the trackers says they are returned to the bank after like 3 days, I don't have a single report of that on my debit card.

I went to the bank today and they said to me they have no clues about any such transactions on my card, and I never had issues with this before since I was previously refunded in some previous cases.

Can anyone help with this? Thx.

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).

Used card for internet payments, it never arrived on it, but just in case I checked my bank acc and the card related to it, nothing appears on it as well. Its been a month and a half and I still got nothing.
