[VISA] My visa was stuck in account I have gmail access, but no more SIM card[phone number] access

My visa was stuck in an account, I have full info of it with papers, I also have gmail and access to that gmail of account but I added my SIM[phone number] and it's stuck in there and I cannot access it anymore. So I'd prefer to ask to delete the account and It'll be removed, Whatever to prove I am ready, just please remove the visa because I'll use it on my other account.
The accounts I suspect of having my visa are:
 Deleted, I can give them in private
Please remove any visa from these accounts
