I'm a new customer, and i registered from Bosnia and Herzegovina. My mastercard debit card got charged and verified, yet, I'm not able to add any funds to my paypal account. Also, the app says that it is not available in my country, though it clearly states that I can make transaction over this platform from BIH.
I want to use it to fund a personal project, and to receive money as well. I'm wondering if this will be at all possible?
In Bosnia and Herzegovina, you must link a Visa card or a US bank account in order to receive payments.
Also, not all countries allow adding funds to PayPal or able to keep money in PayPal. You do not have to add funds to pay with PayPal. Just use the MasterCard you linked to pay when sending money from your account or buying online with PayPal Checkout (log in and choose your card).
