I added my savings bank account in my paypal account. The status is already confirmed but the account type says "checking" when it is a savings one. Do I have to change something or this is just normal? I just want to make sure that everything is laid out right before I start doing some transactions around here. I am new to paypal

Hello @BodZky,
Welcome to the PayPal Community! This is a great question. Normally we recommend double-checking with your bank before you add a Savings account as there may be limits on how many debits can be processed each billing cycle. Also, since the account numbers are normally different between savings and checking accounts, you may want to check which bank was added to your account.
As long as you have the right account on file, and there's no issue with how many debits will be processed each month, you should be OK with it reflecting as a Checking account instead of Savings account.
You may find it easier to add your debit card on file as well.
I hope that helps!
