Missing money from bank account

The day i made my paypal account, €200 was taken from my bank account.. firstly i dont know where or what the money was used on, and second, how does paypal take money from your bank after you put it in.. it takes 2 days for your bank account to get confirmed by submitting the money you received from paypal ! i need help please because i am in a bad financial spot and i need to see what happened here. please help and i would like to get my money back
