Hello,
I have been trying to link my Bunq account to Paypal. Every time it gives me an error and advice me to contact support. I tried it months ago, and now again, with no success.

Is it a digital / virtual bank account that paypal does not support?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

It's a digital bunk but it's on the list of choices, tho.
But, if it is the case that is not supported, and it's my only account, how can I transfer my money?

Add a bank that they do support?
Do you have the option to withdraw to a debit card in your country?

@kernowlass I don't have another bank account, and the only option that gives me is linking a credit card

Hi everyone, thank you for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. Thank you @kernowlass for your time getting a resolution started on this thread.
@isadorarebelo, welcome! I'm sorry to hear you've run into issues linking a bank to your PayPal account. As kernowlass stated, we normally wouldn't recommend adding a virtual bank. If you're trying to transfer money out of your PayPal account, you would normally need to add a local bank to send those funds to. If you're trying to make a purchase or send money to someone, you may want to add a debit or credit card as well.
While we're not able to make any specific recommendations on which local bank you should or shouldn't choose, you're welcome to reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance if any other questions come up.
Good luck!

Hello @PayPal_JonK ,
This answer also does not help me, like stating, I don't have another bank account. What I want is to transfer my balance outside of Paypal. I tried to send the money to my husband's Paypal so he could get it out. But surprisingly I couldn't send it with the label "friends and family", tried with the shop one, and had no idea that the money would be stuck for 21 days, and a fee would be removed, horrible service to be honest. I think I'll just avoid Paypal entirely after this mess.

Well most folks add a local bank with no issue, hardly paypals fault you don't have one.
However you have the friends/family option in your country so why could you use it?

@kernowlass when I tried to send it to a friend/family it didn't work as well, I had to send it as it was a payment for a service, and now the money is on hold, as well a big fee was applied.
Second, bunq is a bank lol. I don't understand why Paypal does not accept a digital one, as it works perfectly with everything else I ever had to do.
Third, if does not accept my bank it should allow me to send the money straight to someone else bank, which doesn't.

Sorry what do you mean friends/family ''didn't work as well''? You can either use it or you can't so what was the issue?
Yes Bunq is a bank but as you have already been told paypal do not support digital / virtual banks, most folks add local banks.
It will allow you to send the funds to another person, using the friends/family option.
You can't send funds to another persons bank account unless you use xoom.............check it out as that may be a better option for you.
