I tried Xoom, but it does not allow me to send the money from my Paypal wallet, it makes me pay the amount with the card. When I tried to send the money from my PayPal account to another PayPal I choose as purpose friends/family, and gave me an error - without a true explanation, just saying it failed - every single time, so I had to do the option of shop/service, one that didn't say it would take time to arrive, or have a fee.    CC: @kernowlass  ... @kernowlass when I tried to send it to a friend/family it didn't work as well, I had to send it as it was a payment for a service, and now the money is on hold, as well a big fee was applied.    Second, bunq is a bank lol. I don't understand why Paypal does not accept a digital one, as it works perfectly with everything else I ever had to do.  Third, if does not accept my bank it should allow me to send the money straight to someone else bank, which doesn't. ... Hello @PayPal_JonK ,   This answer also does not help me, like stating, I don't have another bank account. What I want is to transfer my balance outside of Paypal. I tried to send the money to my husband's Paypal so he could get it out. But surprisingly I couldn't send it with the label "friends and family", tried with the shop one, and had no idea that the money would be stuck for 21 days, and a fee would be removed, horrible service to be honest.
