A small negative balance has appeared in my account. Before I cancel it with a payment, I would like to know what it relates to. I have searched my transaction/activity log for past nine months and nothing aligns to the small amount. How can I find out what the charge relates to? Thanks
Hi there, I've had no luck in contacting Paypal support via any of the offered options. This is very poor.
This should be straightforward - a charge has been applied and the account should be screaming out what that charge relates to - the basics. Instead, silence which obviously raises concerns regarding the whole system - how can an invisible charge be applied to an account?
