Can't link debit card to another account after removing from previous

Hi!

I removed my debit card from my account to link it to my second account. But I'm getting "This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method." error.

First i think it's some kind of cache, but after 24 hours i still see same error.

I checked in first account, card is removed.

Any idea what can be a problem?

Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?

Support answered that my account is new this is why i see this error. and there is no way to fix it😡
