How does one remove obsolete phone numbers from your Paypal account?
And dont be like the robots on Paypal that tell you there is a "Remove" option next to the phone number....there is not on my desktop version. I repeat. There is not a "Remove" option.....and there is currently 3 phone numbers listed, so the requirement to have at least 2 is met.
And why the requirement to have 2 phone numbers anyway? Im in rural Victoria and very few people have a landline these days..the vast majority have only one contact number and that is it....Im retired so a work phone number is also irrelevant and the one shown is disconnected anyway...as is the landline....why is Paypal so user-unfriendly?

In which case why did you bother to reply at all
I could have found that same information myself with very little difficulty....and it is of no help whatsoever....your link leads me straight to where I have always been - I dont want to talk to a robot as they regurgitate the same garbage without actually knowing what you are talking about.....I want to talk to a real person - and if the tone of my posting sounds a little rude well so be it...if you dont have anything to do with Paypal well why would it offend you - and if you do work for Paypal, well it still isnt a personal attack or a reflection on you personally - it is simply stating a simple fact that the whole process of adding/changing phone numbers is ridiculously complicated and that paypal is very user unfriendly.....if you think I am alone in making that judgement well you are delusional..have a nice day....end of discussion
