In which case why did you bother to reply at all I could have found that same information myself with very little difficulty....and it is of no help whatsoever....your link leads me straight to where I have always been - I dont want to talk to a robot as they regurgitate the same garbage without actually knowing what you are talking about.....I want to talk to a real person - and if the tone of my posting sounds a little rude well so be it...if you dont have anything to do with Paypal well why would it offend you - and if you do work for Paypal, well it still isnt a personal attack or a reflection on you personally - it is simply stating a simple fact that the whole process of adding/changing phone numbers is ridiculously complicated and that paypal is very user unfriendly.....if you think I am alone in making that judgement well you are delusional..have a nice day....end of discussion
