wallet and link card

i try a lot time to link my card with my paypal account but i can't because its said that (This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method.) and i dont have any other account. Only in the past and this account i had close it.

When closing an account, the linked card remains linked to the account or is deleted along with the account

because its the same card which i had to the other account

Ask PayPal customer service and ask them reset the card so you can link it with your new account.
