paysera visa not applicable !!

Hello, I have a problem, I linked my Visa card which is Paysera , maybe one year ago , and I use it correctly but now , after one year, I see a note on top of my debit card , tells me not applicable.I tried to update it , and make billing adresse as my paypal account , but it still not applicable, I tried also to add a new one "which is the same" but it still not applicable, really I don't know why such problems fall on our heads without doing anything , I didn't change anything since one year, and now I've got a problem!!!!!?????

Welcome! It sounds like you're running into some issues with a Paysera Visa card on your PayPal account, is that right? If so, have you tried reach out to Paysera to make sure everything is up and running and updated on their end? If you're still running into issues after reaching out to them, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance.

thanks for help Problem solved ...  The problem was in the card address for paysera the Shipping Address of paysera was from England but i added the address of algeria for the paysera visa card Then the problem appeared so all what i did i changed the address of visa in paypal to the England Shipping Address (Update address visa card in paypal) ... that all
