How i can add my card visa

hello paypal , this is my first time i use paypal after i see many good things here i try to add my visa card its not allow me to add it can u tell me why i get error messag my bank name Paysera LT,UAB

Paypal does not support virtual banks you can sometimes add an account but it won't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
