not working with my sbi card paypal

paypal does not work with sbi card ,,why?tried to solve it for past 6 months,,did not work

I am sorry to hear you are unable to add your card to your PayPal account. I know this must be frustrating. Unfortunately, not all cards are eligible to be used on PayPal's system. If this does change, we will make sure to notify our customers.
