You have the choice between the free ‘standard transfer’ or the 1% ‘instant transfer’.
Keep in mind that withdrawing from a crypto wallet to PayPal and then transferring to bank right away, may cause a random account review causing delays or worse. It’s recommended to withdraw direct to bank account from the crypto wallet. That way if your bank is doing a review, at least the funds are in your bank, not stuck at a third party (PayPal).
