can't find the confirmation code for my card anywhere.

i tried contacting my bank, but they keep telling me that they haven't received the code, while my card was charged by paypal twice.

my question is: how do i get my money charged back? and how long will it take?

Think it has to be a visa credit in your country.

If the card can't be confirmed then the code would time out at 30 days and go back to your card, how long your card takes to issue the refund is up to their clearance times.
