Trying to transfer money from my bank account to my newly created paypal account. I just moved to the UK but currently vacationing in Vietnam.

 

The error below reads:

 

We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now.

Firstly as paypal is country specific you will hit issues if you try and use it internationally and may find it gets limited so best not to really.

Secondly if that bank is an online/virtual bank then its not supported by paypal.
