Unable to link my bank & card

My card & bank account is not linking with my PayPal I tried with 3 cards but it always saying plz chk your details my 1 card is visa and other 2 are Master card and it's also international cards and linked with my Google play store I also tried to link my bank account with my PayPal but the same thing here I tried it with my 2 different bank account details but it's not working and I also double check the information all the information is correct and I also contact to my bank he is saying it's your PayPal account problem plz to contact to Paypal help

I am sorry to know that you're facing issues while adding a card and a bank. I know how important it is to have your account running smoothly. It is possible that our security system is not letting this action go through. Some unusual account activity would have triggered this. This is only temporary. Our internal security system works hard to keep our customer's accounts safe. This is just a security measure that we take to make sure the account is safe. I would suggest you try to attempt again at a later time. Please do not try to attempt simultaneously, as our security system will get triggered and the clock will start from zero, from the time of the next attempt. If the issue persists, please check your Resolution Center to see if there are any notifications about your account status.

Note : Some cards aren't compatible for use with PayPal. This may include most online or virtual cards.
