Unable to confirm my card because of blank screen

When I am trying to confirm my VISA debit card on paypal, I goto "my account" and click on "Confirm your card". There it ask to re-enter my card’s security code. I enter my code and press the "Link Card" button. Then the screen loads and it says that we're verifying your details and it keeps loading more for a few seconds. After that this white screen appears with a box and a cross. What should I do? There is no error or any message displayed, just a blank screen!
