Unable to log in

Whenever I try to log into paypal I get a message saying something along the lines of "Sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you". I'm trying to log in via my phone, the pc I used to create my account is long gone. It's been several months now that I'm unable to log into my account. If anyone has any useful advice I'd much appreciate it. I'm from Croatia so calling paypal customer service to fix my issue isn't a possibility.

I'm sorry to know that you are unable to access your account. You can get that error message if you are using public networks or a VPN when trying to access the account. If you're still having problems and not using any of these, you'll need to contact our support
