US bank account in Kazakhstan

Hi. I am from Kazakhstan. PayPal asks me to link a US bank account. Moreover, Paypal doesn't like my debit card from Kazakh bank. What should I do? How to transfer my funds?

Can I please ask you a few questions? 1) is it possible to add VISA debit (from Kazakh bank) and withdraw money using this card? 2) is it true that in your region if you are new user PP will allow to withdraw only $49 (not the whole amount)? Hi. 1) I added Visa and Master Card and yes, I can transfer money only to Visa. 2) I am a new user and yes, I can transfer only $49 for the first time. I don't know if I can transfer more than $49 for the second time.

I have a card of Halyk bank. You can try Jusan bank, Altyn bank.

I don't know. I didn't try again. Paypal takes a fee of about 3,5USD for 49USD and the conversion rate from USD to Tenge is very low. Maybe I can add Paypal to Google Pay and pay with my phone. But I don't know if I can do it. I didn't try.
