UNSUCCESSFUL LINKING MY CARD WITH MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT FOR THE FIRST TIME.

I have tried linking my card for verification but it was unsuccessful since it had not been activated from the bank. Now the card has been activated by my bank but am still getting an error  while verifying my PayPal account on the section of linking a card after several attempts , what could be the problem?

I am sorry to know that you're facing issues while adding a card. I understand this can be concerning. Sometimes, our security program considers a variety of factors at each transaction/activity to keep you safe. Any activity of adding card/bank can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity or not safe for your account in the future. In this case, try again at later time. If the issue persist, please clear cache and cookies or try using different browser or device.
