The send/receive crypto feature is not available on my US payal

I live in the US, Paypal allows me to buy or sell crypto but can’t send or receive crypto to or from another exchange. Please any help fixing this issue?

I'm having a similar issue. I received some bitcoin several weeks ago with no issue. However, today I've tried 4 times to send it to two different wallet addresses at different times. All I get is "Something went wrong". But it doesn't say what went wrong. I've been online with customer service most of the day and have gotten nowhere. When you hit the transfer button, it asks for the wallet address. I type it in, check it and when I hit send, it doesn't work. I've been with PayPal since they started and I've never had an issue with them until now. Hopefully they can work their issues out very soon.

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've been running into some issues with a recent crypto transfer. There may be a few reasons as to why you're unable to complete that transfer, however this almost sounds like you're running into an error potentially being presented by our Security System. 

Our Security System monitors and reviews all actions and transactions that process on and through PayPal. Payments, transfers, and most all actions through PayPal may potentially be blocked or placed under review if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity. 

In these cases, we would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams to see what options may be available. They can be reached by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website,  through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
