Sending crypto

Hello all, So I’ve just come across an article regarding we can now transfer our crypto from our PayPal to an external wallet, apparently it’s as easy as clicking the two transfer arrows as they say after selecting the coin you want to send, the only thing is I don’t have any transfer arrows nor do I have anything that says transfer, all I have is a Buy / Sell option on bitcoin/Eth any idea what I’m doing wrong? Could it be my region (United Kingdom)

I too am unable to send crypto (Bitcoin) over like $65 or so even though I have almost $400 in funds. And...I'm a US citizen. What is up? I cannot locate my Paypal Crypto address either.
