Same bank; new business account. Why can't Pay Pal recognize?

I used to have a business account linked to Pay Pal. That bank account was dissolved some years ago. Now this year I began a new business account with the same bank. I tried to get Pay Pal to recognize the new account number, but I could not find a way. The automated system would not register the new account number and any humans I managed to contact could not make it happen. How do I get Pay Pal to recognize the new business account and link to it?
