After i cash in at gcash i didnt see money at gcash

I cash in paypal to gcash account but i cannot see my money at gcash even the email.confirms that i already cash it in at gcash

You will also receive an SMS from 2882 (GCash) stating the amount transferred from your PayPal account to your GCash wallet. For more details, I would recommend you to contact Gcash support.
