Problems confirming banks and blank payment process screens.

Hi

I am unable to confirm my Bank Account as I am not sure when the deposit was made. These cards already had been long ago but suddenly this message over the last month or so has appeared and I am unable to find the deposits in my Bank statements. Secondly I am unable to complete the payment process on my preferred card over the last several weeks, the screen after choosing the card goes blank and does not load at all.

Sorry for the inconvenience! When you initiate the confirmation process of your bank account, the deposits will reflect in your bank in 3-5 Business days. You can also contact your bank to find out the exact amounts of these deposits. If you didn't get the deposits, please try to confirm the bank account again by requesting the deposits in your PayPal account. 

 

To provide one of the safest online payment services our internal security system reviews every transaction before it's approved. Our system may not the process the payments if there's any risk found. Please try the payments again with a different funding source.
