Paypal says it sent two small payments, but they don't appear to be going through?

I've tried it twice now, but I haven't received the payments either time. The first time I waited ten minutes, the second time I waited about 45. Triple-checked the account information, everything appears to be correct.

Do you mean the payments for adding a bank account?

If so then allow 3 business days as per link.
