Paypal as Payment Method in Google Play not working. [PaypalRedirectApi2Result failed]

I have no problem using Paypal as payment method in my Google Play purchase.. But for some reason I have to remove it from the payment method list..
Now that I'm trying to add it again, I'm getting an error:

Uh oh. There was a problem.
There was a problem with linking your PayPal account. Please try again or use a different payment method. [OR-IMPRS-01]
Details of the problem:
PaypalRedirectApi2Result failed

And also im getting this error:

We’re sorry. We were unable to set up pre-approved payments. Please try again later.
Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.
