No options to add my bank account

Hey everyone please when i chose in the application the option add account the take me to the website and after i login my account and a chose add account the give my one chose cart and no option to add a bank account ( payonner ) , and i have already add a carte

The option to add a bank account is unfortunately not available in every country.
If you go to add bank account and only a U.S bank account shows then you would not have that option.

Also Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.
