Linking pay pal account to fnb profile

Hi all, If one can assist me,I was trying to link my pay pal account to a fnb profile,but its dennied me the reason being Fica requirements oustanding. And i don't know any of those requirements.

FICA has to do with: https://www.fnb.co.za/about-fnb/legal-matters/money-laundering-fica.html

You will need to submit certain FICA (The Financial Intelligence Centre Act) documents (Proof of identity, residence, and banking) via email.
