Linking card to account

I had to remo e my bank card due to technical reasons. Now that it is sorted out, I tried adding my card again, but it refuses to do so, and says that the issuer declined the card. How do I add it again?

Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
