Linking a new credit card

Hello, I am unable to link my new credit card, I enter the number, the security code, I insert the received verification code sent to my phone, yet it seems the system keeps asking the same process over and over again. However I can see in my card statement the 0.01 charge from Paypal. This has happened twice yet I get a message that I need to confirm my card, over and over again.

I am sorry to know that you're facing issues while confirming a card. Based on the information that you've shared, it seems like the amount (0.01) that you're referring to is a charge which is debited for the card validation. To confirm a card, PayPal will make a small charge. The charge and a 4-digit PayPal code appear on your card statement within 3-5 business days.
