Linking a US Bank account

Hello. Please, help! I tried to add a US Bank account to paypal but it says that it cannot confirm it is me. What should I do?

Is it a bank account opened in the U.S?

Only you can rarely add a virtual / digital bank OR a USD currency account.

It's a Community Federal Savings Bank Account

ok then if the name on the bank exactly matches the name on your paypal account and you still can't add it then see if customer services can add it for you?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
