Mijn balance is negatif

On the 20th of juli paypal refunded a purchase because my balance on my bank was not enough to pay. On the 25th of juli paypal tryed again to collect the payment this worked but the money is not showing up on my account. So my balance ia still negatif. How to make my money show up?

Transfer goes as an echeque so allow 5-7 days for it to clear through to your balance to resolve the negative status.
