I linked my two cards to my old account, which I successfully closed it yesterday because I've changed my region to live and my old account had many limitations (can only be as a seller account).
Now I opened a new account and want to link my two cards to my new account, but without success and showed that my two cards are still linked to another account?
I wonder how to solve this problem? Should I just wait for a few days or should I contact Paypal to see what's wrong? I think when I close my old account I should be able to link my card to another new account?
