Linking Payoneer Bank with Paypal

Hello,

Please I want to link the USA bank account details from Payoneer with my paypal but it is giving me error.

I am from Iceland and the only US bank I can get to link here is from Payoneer.

Please how can I successfully link the 2 together?

Virtual banks are not very compatible with PayPal. If issues arise with transfers (missing/delayed), PayPal could have difficulty tracing it.
