I cannot link my bank account to my paypal.

I cannot link my bank account to my paypal as it says "Sorry, that bank is already linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts." but my bank account is not linked with any other paypal, although it's my second try to link the same account with the same paypal as i failed to provide the transaction amounts the first time. How can i link my bank with my paypal?

Welcome! Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear you're unable to link your bank. If you've tried to link it in the past and had an issue confirming it, you may need to reach out to our Customer Support to look into this a bit further. You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.  They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
