I can't link my Nuri bank account with PayPal. Why?

Yes. I get errors. I need to contact PayPal but I can't reach them. No answer Even Nuri visa debit card couldn't be linked because they require address details. I have exact address as on debit card. I feel hopeless

Is it a virtual / digital bank?

If so then paypal do not support that type of bank.
